HOW I WORK
Understand the problem
I start from a definition sprint: problem, users, priority flow, data sources and risks, before writing a line of full-price code.
Define the perimeter
I fix what goes into the first version and what stays out — that decision is what makes a real delivery date possible.
Build
I build the main interfaces, the database and the priority workflow, with authentication where the data requires it.
Make it maintainable
I deliver with QA, documentation and a proper handover: a tool the team can use without waiting on me for every change.
